Community Climate & Environmental Monitoring
Palm Cove Alliance Inc provides local weather, rain radar, tide tracking, and marine forecast data to assist our community, local businesses, and visitors in staying informed. As a volunteer-run incorporated association dedicated to protecting and enhancing the unique character of Palm Cove, monitoring microclimate and coastal conditions plays an important role in our community advocacy.
Environmental factors directly shape our local foreshore preservation initiatives, marine safety, outdoor event planning, and sustainable tourism strategies. Located between the Great Barrier Reef and the Wet Tropics, Palm Cove’s unique beachfront environment requires proactive planning and ongoing environmental awareness.
Use the live interactive tools below to monitor real-time weather conditions, wind speeds, tide levels, satellite coverage, and official Bureau of Meteorology warnings before heading out onto the water or participating in local community activities.
